Welcome to our newly renovated home (2025), designed to comfortably accommodate families of up to 12 people. Located in the heart of Normandy, it offers all modern comforts in a privileged, calm, and peaceful setting.

📍 Location:

Just a few minutes from charming Normand villages (Lyons-la-Forêt 15 min, Forges-les-Eaux 10 min, Rouen 40 min, Dieppe 60 min), local markets, and the beaches of the English Channel (1h). A perfect location to discover the region while enjoying a peaceful retreat.

Local french shops (bakery, butcher, fine grocery store…) and several supermarkets are located less than 10 minutes by car from the house.

The House

🏡 Highlights of the house:

• Modern, elegant décor & brand-new equipment: a recent renovation that combines charm and modern comfort. Numerous household appliances available.
• Bright, open, and welcoming living spaces with a closed-hearth fireplace (very safe).
• Dormitory/Game room/Reading corner for children (football table, books, board games…).
• 4 comfortable bedrooms, including one room and one master suite with bathroom on the ground floor. High-quality bedding. One of them is equipped with a fixed baby cot with bars.
• Fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room, ideal for family meals.

A laundry room with a washing machine makes medium and long stays easier.

You will also find all the equipment dedicated to young children: an additional foldable baby cot, baby bathtub with reducer, and a step stool.
